European Union Intellectual Property Office).
Chairman of PRAXI Intellectual Property S.p.A., he began his professional work in 1961 as a consultant in management consulting, immediately after graduating in Engineering (1960).
Graduated from the University of Bari with a degree in Law, admitted to the Bar and graduated from King’s College London with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law.
Graduated in Electrical Engineering at the Polytechnic of Bari, he received a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering at the Polytechnic of Bari. He also attended training courses on Total Quality Management. Since 2008 he is Patent Attorney as well as an Italian and European Trademark and Design Representative before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, the European Patent Office and EUIPO.
She has initially gained experience by practising her legal profession in matters of Civil, Commercial and Corporate Law, and then continued in consultancy relative to Industrial and Intellectual Property.
Graduated in Law at the University of Verona, in 2013 she has attended the Intellectual Property Rights Master at Peking University.

Graduated in Law, has taken part in the International and Comparative Intellectual Property Programme, at the University of Victoria, in Canada. She has a Master in Industrial Property Management, gained at Milan Polytechnic.

Maria Gabriella Tana
Maria Gabriella Tana received the Laurea Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. She received also a PhD in Bioengineering from the same University.
Graduated in Environmental and Territorial Engineering at the University of Padua. Before embarking on the activity of patent consultant, he worked as a Technical Consultant in various disputes acquiring considerable experience in the management of technical phases in the judicial field. These skills have subsequently matured in litigation in the field of Industrial Property, and in particular in the field of patent and design, know-how and industrial secrets, as well as unfair competition.
