Alessandro Fiammenghi
Graduated in Law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, in 1987 he specialized at the New South Wales University in Sydney. He has been working in the field of Industrial Property Consulting since 1989.
In over 30 years of career, he has specialized in the activity of search analysis and availability of a brand, consultancy on the management of securities portfolios (related to trademark surveillance services, domain names and customs surveillance), management of disputes on counterfeiting and unfair competition and in opposition and invalidity proceedings before foreign authorities.
He is an active member of the most important international associations and institutions specialized in the field of Industrial and Intellectual Property, such as the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) and the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
