Paola Meloni
Graduated in Law at the University of Rome La Sapienza with specialization in Industrial Law, she is an accredited Attorney at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and the EUIPO and member of the Board of Industrial Property Consultants.
As part of the management of the trademark portfolio of companies at an international level, she deals with the procedures for setting up, filing, obtaining and renewing national trademarks at foreign offices and with international registrations at WIPO.
She manages the process of trademarks up to registration, dealing with the administrative activities for overcoming findings and objections by the national, foreign and international offices, renewals and transcriptions. In recent years she has expanded the consultancy activity in the domain name sector, dealing with their registration and renewal as an integral part of the intangible rights of a company.
