Valentina Melloni
Valentina Melloni graduated in Law at the University of Milan. She obtained a Degree Certificate at the Cesare Alfieri International Institute of the University of Florence for Advanced Studies in Diplomatic Career, and the Diplôme d’Études Universitaires Françaises (DEUF) at the Université Jean Moulin in Lyon.
She passed the exam of Trademark Consultant in 2011 and her Bar exam as a Lawyer in 2012. In 2015, she participated in a postgraduate course in Fashion Law (Judicial Problems of the Fashion Production Chain) organised by the University di Milan.
Valentina Melloni has been working in the industrial property sector since 2008 as a consultant for trademarks and designs. She also worked as a Lawyer in the insurance sector and in the field of civil law for French-Italian matters
She plans and carries out the filing of national, European and international trademarks and designs, coordinates and manages the registration of trademarks and designs abroad, as well as managing opposition procedures, cancellation and nullity actions all over the world. Her consultancy activities include the drafting of opinions, coexistence agreements, contracts and letters of formal notice relative to industrial property, as well as the management of infringement cases, and the start-up and control of customs and trademark surveillance.
Valentina has been a Member of the Trademark Consultants Association since 2012, and the International Trademark Association. She also worked for a period in the legal office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
