Chairman of PRAXI Intellectual Property S.p.A., he began his professional work in 1961 as a consultant in management consulting, immediately after graduating in Engineering (1960).

PRAXI Intellectual Property CEO. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Turin Polytechnic, he gained an M. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Illinois, Chicago. 

Graduated in Civil Engineering with a specialization thesis in Hydraulics from the Polytechnic University of the Marche in 2011, since 2022 she has been registered with the Order of Industrial Property Consultants in the Patents section and is accredited with the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office).

Graduated from the University of Turin with a Master's Degree in Economics, Francesca Boggio is an Italian and European Trademarks and Designs Attorney. She’s member of INTA (International Trademark Association).

Graduated in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Padua, he then obtained the Specialized Degree in Biomedical Engineering, robotics address at the Polytechnic of Milan.

Graduated in Political Sciences specializing in International Law, Maria Grazia Cavallo Marincola is a licensed Italian
Intellectual Property Counsel, registered with both UIBM (the Italian Trade Mark Office) and EUIPO (the
European Union Intellectual Property Office).

Graduated in Law from the University of Turin in 2021, Marta has been registered with the Order of Industrial Property Consultants in the Trademarks section since January 2024 and is accredited with the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office).

Graduated in Law at the University of Genoa, where she also obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate law, Valentina Crovetto passed the bar exam to qualify as a lawyer in 2016. After some experiences in law firms dealing with civil and in-house practice areas, she has been working in the industrial property sector since 2017.

Graduated from the University of Bari with a degree in Law, admitted to the Bar and graduated from King’s College London with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law.

Graduated in Law at the University of Naples Federico II, she has been active in the field of Industrial Property Consulting since 2002. Italian and European Trademark and Design Attorney accredited by both the UIBM (Italian Trademark Office) and the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office), she's member of the Licensing Executives Society (LES).

Graduated in Law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, in 1987 he specialized at the New South Wales University in Sydney. He has been working in the field of Industrial Property Consulting since 1989.

Lawyer and Trademark and Patent Representative at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), as well as at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), for the filing of international trademarks, and the European Patent Office (EPO).

Graduated in Pharmacy with a specialization in Homeopathy and registered with the Order of Pharmacists of Milan, he has been a consultant in the field of industrial invention patents since 2001.

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan in 2005, since 2010 he has been registered with the Province of Milan Order of Engineers. He is qualified before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office.

Graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Bari in 2000, with a a Ph.D. in Telecommunications Engineering. Orazio is registered with the Order of Industrial Property Consultants, in the Patents section since 2008, and in the Trademarks section since 2009, and is accredited with the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office).

Graduated in Law at the University of Verona, in 2013 she has attended the Intellectual Property Rights Master at Peking University.

Graduated in Physics, specialised in Plasma Physics, Astrophysics and Biophysics, at the Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich, Germany and the University of Genoa, Italy, Giorgio has been working in the sector of patents and patent law since 1976.

Graduated in Chemical Engineering at Turin Polytechnic, holds a Master in Business Management from the Institute for the Business Training (IPF) in Turin.

Graduated in Law at the University of Rome La Sapienza, she has been active in the field of Industrial Property Consulting since 2000. Enrolled in the Register of Lawyers since 2008, she has gained extensive experience in the sector of trademark protection both in Italy and abroad.

Graduated in Law at the University of Genoa. Since 2006, she has dealt with Industrial and Intellectual Property, assisting both national and international clients.

Graduated in Genetics and Molecular Biology at Sapienza University of Rome, she holds a PhD from the same University.

Graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Genoa, he obtained a specialization in Legal Medicine and Insurance at the same University. In 2001 he began his professional career in the trademark consultancy sector at the historical Studio Professionale Succ. Lng. Fischetti & Weber of Genoa, now merged into PRAXI Intellectual Property S.p.A.

Graduated in Electronical Engineering at the Federico II University in Naples, he has been active in the patent sector since 1997. His activities are concentrated, above all, on electronics, telecommunications, microelectronics and software.

Graduated with honours in Chemistry at the University La Sapienza in Rome, Italy. Maria Vittoria has been active in Industrial Property Consultancy since 1983.

Industrial Property Consultant for national and international clients since 1987, she has been an Italian Attorney member of the Board of Industrial Property Consultants since 1996.

Graduated in Economics at the Polytechnic University of Marche, after some professional experiences in the training field taking part in EU funded transnational projects, in 2001 she began to deal with industrial property taking care of the management and protection, for over 10 years, of the trademarks, and designs portfolio of a multinational fashion company.

Graduated in Law with a specialization in Industrial and Intellectual Property, is a Member of the Order of Industrial Property Consultants (Trademarks), European Consultant in Trademarks, Designs and Models, Member of Industrial Property Consultants of San Marino (Trademarks).

Maria Gabriella Tana received the Laurea Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. She received also a PhD in Bioengineering from the same University.

Graduated in Architecture at the University of Rome La Sapienza in 2013 and registered at the Board of Architects of the Province of Rome since 2015, in 2016 she obtained a first level Master's degree at the Politecnico di Milano in Yacht Design. She has been a Patent Attorney accredited at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office since 2019.
