Caterina Alessandri
Graduated in Civil Engineering with a specialization thesis in Hydraulics from the Polytechnic University of the Marche in 2011, Caterina has been registered with the Province of Fermo Order of Engineers since 2012, when she began her professional career in the field of Intellectual Property consultancy. Since 2022, she has been registered with the Order of Industrial Property Consultants in the Patents section and is accredited with the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office).
Caterina's activity focuses on various areas, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications for inventions and utility models, both in Italy and abroad, as well as opinions on patentability, infringement, and freedom to operate, as well as prior art searches. In particular, she has extensive experience in drafting, filing, and prosecuting procedures at the UIBM, EPO, and WIPO.
Caterina has consolidated skills in niche technological and engineering sectors, such as machinery for leather and footwear processing, machine tools, histological machines, textile machinery, machines for the distribution and rendering of editorial products, fluid dynamic systems, and thermotechnical plants. Additionally, she has significant experience in civil and structural engineering.
She is a member of the LES - Licensing Executives Society - Italy.
