Gianluca Statti
Graduated in Law with a specialization in Industrial and Intellectual Property, is a Member of the Order of Industrial Property Consultants (Trademarks), European Consultant in Trademarks, Designs and Models, Member of Industrial Property Consultants of San Marino (Trademarks).
He is active as a consultant mainly in the field of trademarks and industrial designs since 1997, and has therefore developed deep competence on various aspects of the management, protection, acquisition, enhancement and valuation of industrial property rights.
In more than twenty years of relationships with diverse Asian realities, Gianluca has gained significant experience in the Industrial Property sector in China, both before the administrative bodies, and at the Courts, assisting Western and Chinese customers. Member of the National Advisory Center for Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Settlement.
He also has extensive experience in Italian judicial litigation, acquired by acting as a party Technical Consultant in disputes concerning the validity and counterfeiting of trademarks and industrial designs.
He is a member of AIPPI, ECTA, INTA and MARQUES.
