Eleonora Velgi
Eleonora Velgi graduated in Law from the University of Trento in 2011 specializing in European and Transnational Law, with a thesis in Industrial Law. She has been registered as an Italian Trademark Attorney with the Italian Board of Industrial Property Consultants since 2018 and is accredited before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). She has been active in the field of intellectual property consultancy since 2012.
Her practice focuses on the strategic management of trademark portfolios, including opposition and invalidity proceedings, registrability assessments and clearance searches, as well as monitoring and enforcement activities aimed at preventing counterfeiting. She also assists clients in negotiating coexistence agreements and resolving disputes through out-of-court settlements.
Her experience also includes WIPO domain name arbitration proceedings and customs monitoring and enforcement activities.
Eleonora supports start-ups, professionals and creative businesses, with particular attention to digital projects, and contributes to promoting awareness of intellectual property rights through online communication initiatives.
