Alessio Telesca

Graduated in Structural and Building Engineering in 2018 from the University of Basilicata, Alessio earned a PhD in Engineering for Innovation and Sustainable Development in 2022. Since 2025, he has been registered with the Italian Industrial Property Consultants Institute in the Patents section and has been working in the field since 2021. 

Alessio's practice focuses on the drafting and prosecution of patent and utility model applications in Italy and abroad, supporting clients throughout all stages of the process. He is also involved in drafting patentability, freedom-to-operate, and infringement opinions, technical expert reports, and prior art searches. He provides technical-legal support in litigation and urgent injunction proceedings before specialized IP courts. 

He has strong expertise in various technological and engineering fields, including mechanical engineering, industrial production and automation, computer science, and software.
